  (1) The model, specification and technical parameters of refrigeration equipment and auxiliary refrigeration equipment must meet the design requirements. (3) The installation position, elevation and nozzle direction of the equipment must meet the design requirements. The bolts must be tightened and anti loose measures must be taken. The inspection quantity shall be checked comprehensively. The inspection method is to check the equipment model, specification, product quality certificate and performance inspection report with reference to the drawings.

  3. The installation, positioning and connection methods of the equipment and pipelines of the fuel oil system as well as the oil storage tank and daily oil tank shall meet the design and fire protection requirements. The installation of gas system equipment shall meet the design and fire protection requirements. The installation and adjustment of the pressure regulating device and filter shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment, and shall be reliably grounded. The inspection quantity shall be checked comprehensively. The inspection method shall check, observe and consult the grounding test records according to the drawings.
  4.制冷设备的各项密封性试验和试运行的技术数据应符合设备技术文件的规定。对于现场组装的制冷机组和加注制冷剂的机组,必须进行排污、气密性试验、真空试验和制冷剂加注泄漏检测试验,相应的技术数据必须符合产品技术文件和国家现行相关标准规范的规定。应全面检查检验数量。检查方法采用并排观察、检查和审查试运行记录。
  4. The technical data of the sealing test and test run of the refrigeration equipment shall conform to the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment. For the refrigeration unit assembled on site and the unit filled with refrigerant, the blowdown test, air tightness test, vacuum test and refrigerant filling leakage test must be carried out, and the corresponding technical data must comply with the provisions of the product technical documents and the current relevant national standards and specifications. The inspection quantity shall be checked comprehensively. The inspection method is to observe, inspect and review the commissioning records side by side.
